Study Finds Bacteria in Soda Fountains

Dr. Alanna Levine talks to Maggie Rodriguez about a recent study of 30 soda fountains that found 70 percent of the beverages were contaminated with bacteria. 40% of the bacteria was fecal bacteria and 11% was e.coli. Gross. The bacteria can come from people filling up the fountain as well as from the fountain’s water line. Take a look:
